Swimming Pool Fees for Open Swim Sessions
Single Use Fees: All admissions $1.00
Individual Season Pass - $40.00
Family Season Pass - $65.00 add a caregiver for an extra $20
Children 5 and under accompanied by a paying adult are free.
Passes may be used only by the person whose name appears on the pass.
Family passes are for immediate family members only. Family members must be reside at the same address.
Passes are non-refundable. Failure to comply with the rules of the pool could result in forfeiture of pool privileges.
Passes may be purchased at the Recreation Office or at the Swimming Pool.
Pool Parties
Rent the Pool for a summer birthday party or just a neighborhood get together. The cost is $50 for small parties of 25 swimmers or less.. Large pool parties of 26 to 80 swimmers will be $75. The pool is available for rent on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 7-8:45PM and on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10-11:45am. Rentals need to be made and paid for at least one week in advance. Dates are filled on a first come first serve basis.

Class Descriptions - What description fits You Best!
Red Cross Swimming Lessons
The American Red Cross has updated their swimming program and levels. There are 6 levels. Please visit with the office staff when you register to determine the best class for your child.
Waterbabies
A program providing six month to 4 year old children and their parents an opportunity to learn and experience the water together. Swim diapers are required for children still in diapers
Preschool
Because this is often the first swimming experience for young students without their parents in the water with them, we have lowered the student/teacher ration. The class is for beginning swimmers ages 4 and 5. The class limit will be 6 students.
Level 1 Introduction to Water Skills
Class is geared to help students feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely.
Level 2 Fundamental Aquatic Skills
This class provides students with opportunities for success with the fundamental skills. Front/Back floating and front crawl are taught.
Level 3 Stroke Development
This class continues the Level 2 skills with an emphasis on front crawl and back crawl and introduction of the butterfly stroke.
Level 4 Stroke Improvement
The purpose of this class is to build student confidence and performance of the swimming stokes learned in Level 3 by providing additional practice.
Level 5 Stoke Refinement
This class provides further coordination and refinement of strokes.
Level 6 Personal Water Safety or Fitness
There are two different Level 6 classes, one for learning about basic water safety and one for improving your personal fitness. The Fitness class will work on improving your stoke and building strength and endurance by swimming laps.
Adult Classes
Classes for beginners will be offered from 5-6:00PM. Instruction will be geared to the needs of each student. Time may change depending on registration.
Instructor Aide Class
Swimmers 10 years of age and over who would like to be an instructor's aid must take this class. Students must be able to complete the swimming requirements of the Level 4 Red Cross swimming course. Fee $10.00
Instructor aides for Learn to Swim Classes
Students who have earned their certification for Instructor Aid and wish to help with classes must sign up at the Recreation Office by June 34e. Aides should come prepared with their 1st and 2nd choice for the session and times they would like to work. Class times will be assigned by the Recreation Office Staff.
Lifeguard Training
To be eligible for the Lifeguard Training class an individual must be 15 years of age and be able to pass a preliminary swimming test. Swim 500 yards continuously using 100 yards of crawl, breaststroke, side stroke, and 200 yards of the stroke of your choice. Surface dive to a depth of 9 feet and bring a 10lb. diving brick to the surface. Tread water for two minutes, with the use of legs only. The class will include CPR for the Professional, First Aid, and rescue and surveillance techniques. Students should come to class the first night ready to take the swimming test. Bring paper, pencil, and dry clothes to change into.

Classes are held Monday through Friday. Fee is $10.00 there are no refunds for weather.
Students may be enrolled in one session at a time. Registration for students wishing to take more than one session of lessons will begin on the last day of the session in whichthey are enrolled. Class size will be limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Parents are invited top escort their children through the bath house on the first day of lessons, but we ask that you remain in the seating area during the lesson.
