Adult Classes
Tae Kwon Do is one of our more popular classes. This class is held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. This is an excellent class for adults, families, and children. Children must be at least 8 years old. New students will be accepted during June, but will be looked at on a case by case basis, if new to the area. Belt testing will be held on Saturdays. Dates for the Saturday sessions will be announced in class. This class is designed to discipline the mind, body, and spirit. It will give insturction in this non-violent art and a system of complete body excercise. Comfortable clothing should be worn or students may purchase a gi, information may be obtained from the instructor. Fee is $15 per person, second and third family members are $10, families of 4 of 5 $35., families larger than this will have a fee of $55 a month.

Game Bags are available for check out at the Recreation Office. Equipment includes volleyball, standards and a net, horseshoes, and soccer balls. A deposit fee is required, the amoung depends on the equipment requested. Call the Recreation Office to reserve equipment.
Adult Golf Beginners Lessons
These are beginning level classes and will stress the fundamentals of golf. Grip, ball position, alignment, stance, and course etiquette will be covered. Students should provide their own clubs. Class limit is 8

Ranch Tour - July 17, 2010
Visit the 14 Ranch near Glendo, WY. $40.00 per person, this will include lunch, dinner, and transportation. Contact Linda Fabian to register at 322-4237.
