Fall Leagues
Fall Soccer for boys and girls in grades K-4 is sure to offer several Kodak moments. Grades K-1 Play in one division. with grades 2-4 playing in another division. Registration begins August 1st. Games will begin in early September and run for one month with games being held on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school. Volunteer coaches are needed and will receive free registration for their child.
Flag Football for boys and girls grades 3 through 6 begin registration on August 1st. This is a formative league where everyone plays. Teams practice for two weeks and then play league games for one month with games being held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Season culminates with a Super Bowl Saturday Tournament. The tournament is held on the high school field in mid October. Great fun is had by all.
Volleyball for girls 4th - 6th grade registration begins on August 1st. This is strictly a skills building league, with the basics of passing, setting, and over hand serving being focused upon. Hand eye coordination, communication skills, and team building will also be addressed.
Winter Leagues
Youth Basketball
- 3rd & 4th Grade Boys Basketball registration will begin on August 1st. This is an instructional league only, everyone gets their chance to play. The basics of basketball will be taught. There will be a players draft the end of November with teams beginning practice the first week of December. Games will begin the first week in January and run through mid February. Volunteer coaches are needed and will receive free registration for their child. There will be some out of town travel if any outlaying communities field teams.

There are travel basketball teams that are put together for tournaments,
but are not organized by the Parks & Recreation District
Spring & Summer Leagues

Baseball & Softball
- Farm League Baseball for boys and girls ages 4-6. Registration will begin on January 2nd and run through the end of March. This is an entry level league with the basics of baseball being taught, and we do mean basic. This is a great league that introduces kids to sports and the concept of team work. Children will be hitting off of tees and later hitting off of a coach pitch. This league is played on Monday through Wednesday in the mornings. Some out of town evening travel will be required. Bring your cameras for this one!
- Minor League Baseball for boys and girls ages 7-9. Registration will begin on January 2nd and run through the end of March. This is a big step up from Farm League, more of the fundamentals of baseball will be taught. This league will be coached by volunteer coaches. All games will be held in the evenings on Monday thru Thursday evenings. Nights may vary for games but no team will have more than 2 games in a week. Some out of town travel will be required.
- Jr. Babe Ruth Baseball for boys and girls ages 13-15 as of May 1st. Registration will begin on January 2nd and run through the end of March. This is a much higher level of baseball. Teams will be drafted in April and may begin practice thereafter. There will be several out of town games as well as tournaments. Anyone interested in coaching must apply with the Recreation Office before the end of March.
- Jr. Girls Softball. There is a league for girls ages 9-10 years of age, and 11-12 years of age as of January 1st. The players will be drafted onto teams by mid April and may begin practice at that time. There will be several out of town games scheduled so travel is a must. Anyone intereseted in coaching, please contact the Recreation Office by mid March.
- Sr. Girls Softball. There is a league for girls ages 13-14, 15-16, & 17-18 years of age as of January 1st. All divisions are of a competitve nature. There will be several out of town games involved as well as any tournaments that your teams decide to enter into. Teams may begin practice anytime after the end of March. If you are interested in coaching, please contact our office by mid March.
For Little League Baseball, you can register at the Recreation Office or with a Little League representative, however this is a parent run organization, and any questions should be refered to them.
